How does bath salt differ from foam or oil, and which should I choose?

Bath salt changes the composition of the water as it dissolves: the water feels softer to the touch, and the skin feels smoother after bathing. Salt does not produce foam and does not leave an oily film, which makes it a simple and familiar format. The eucalyptus extract adds a fresh herbal aroma that many people associate with the sauna or a spa.

Bath foam creates abundant foam thanks to surfactants, so it feels more "soapy", and the skin afterwards may need extra moisturising. Bath oil forms a thin film on the surface of the water that envelops the skin and suits very dry skin well, but it makes the bath slippery.

Salt is a good choice if you value simplicity, want a scent without intensive care and prefer a treatment without foam or greasy residue. It is especially relevant in the evening after physical exercise or in the cool season, when you want a warming pause with a feeling of fresh air.
