What is in the gel according to the card? — "DD" Gel "Badjaga" 75ml

According to the card, the composition (INCI) is: Aqua, badiaga extract (Spongilla Lacustris), plantain extract, glycerin, panthenol, niacinamide, essential oils of cypress and rosemary, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Heparin Sodium, rectified turpentine oil, triethanolamine, benzyl alcohol, methylchloroisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone. Why sodium heparin and niacinamide are needed, the card does not explain, and it does not compare the gel with other badiaga products.

General information (not a manufacturer's instruction): the composition contains sodium heparin, turpentine oil, essential oils and isothiazolinones – in case of allergy to them the gel is not used.
