Daily portion — 2 measuring spoons (10 g): collagen 9.4 g, vitamin C 360 mg (450 % NRV), hyaluronic acid 180 mg, zinc 10 mg (100 % NRV), biotin 50 µg. The description attributes to hyaluronic acid the maintenance of skin moisture and elasticity, to vitamin C the normal formation of collagen, and to zinc and biotin the strengthening of hair, nails and skin (manufacturer's claims). According to the card, the collagen is of animal origin.
