According to the card, the bar is made of coarsely ground amaranth, rice and corn flour with dried Jerusalem artichoke and a vitamin mix, with a chocolate filling and confectionery glaze; the filling and glaze contain the sweeteners isomalt and stevia. The manufacturer writes that the bars have a high nutritional value; this has no confirmation. The card gives no comparison with ordinary wafers and chocolate bars.
