Can Tsi-Klim 45+ be taken together with other supplements or medicines?

Tsi-Klim 45+ contains several groups of active ingredients, and when combining it with other supplements two things are important: possible duplication of nutrients and interactions between the herbal extracts and medicines.

If you take separate vitamin formulas, check whether their composition overlaps with Tsi-Klim 45+. The total intake of fat-soluble vitamins — in particular vitamin A and vitamin E — should not regularly exceed the recommended levels, as they accumulate in the body differently from water-soluble ones.

Black cohosh extract is a herbal ingredient with a fairly well-studied profile; however, if you take hormonal medicines, anticoagulants or medicines that affect the liver, it is better to discuss combining them with a doctor or pharmacist. This is a standard precaution for most herbal extracts.

The motherwort in the formula may increase the sedative effect when taken at the same time as sedatives or sleeping pills — bear this in mind if you use such medicines.
