A practical schedule: use the sulphur soap on "off" nights from your leave-on actives, or use the soap in the morning and the active in the evening (or vice versa) if your skin tolerates twice-daily cleansing. Always apply a fragrance-free moisturiser after rinsing, and use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ during the day, as exfoliated skin is more UV-sensitive.
