Can I use this shower gel every day, and does it work well with a loofah or washcloth?

This is a standard daily-use shower gel. The surfactant system creates a moderate lather whether applied directly with hands, a loofah, a washcloth, or a shower pouf. A 250 ml bottle typically lasts one person several weeks with daily use; start with a coin-sized amount and add more only if needed. Because it contains conditioning ingredients (squalane, sweet almond oil, glycerin), you may notice less need for a separate body moisturizer immediately after showering, especially in humid months. In drier seasons or if you have naturally dry skin, following with a lotion or oil while skin is still damp will lock in more hydration. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
