Can I use this shea butter on my face, or is it only for body and hands?

This product contains 100% shea butter, a solid plant butter that melts on skin contact. It can be used on the face, but its rich, occlusive nature means it is typically chosen for areas that need richer nourishment than a light lotion provides. It works as an emollient, filling gaps between dry skin cells to create a smoother, more supple surface and reduce moisture loss.

For facial use, consider your skin type. The product information notes that very oily or easily congested skin may prefer to use it only on selected dry areas rather than the whole face. It can be practical for targeting specific dry patches, like on cheeks or around the mouth, especially in cold or windy weather. If your skin is very reactive, or if you plan to use it near the eye area, patch testing first is recommended. Start with a small amount warmed between your fingers to assess how your skin responds over a day or two.
