Can I use this scrub to prepare my skin for self-tan?

Yes. The product is designed to be used before self-tan, because removing the top layer of dead cells makes the skin surface smoother, so self-tan can develop more evenly instead of settling more heavily on rough patches. This is a common step before applying self-tan, regardless of the brand.

For the best practical result, use the scrub at least a few hours before you apply self-tan, or the evening before. That gives any temporary redness or moisture left by the shower time to settle.
