No, this product is designed for the body, not the face. The Dead Sea salt crystals are coarse and are intended for areas with thicker skin, such as elbows, knees, legs and feet. Facial skin is much thinner and more delicate, and coarse salt crystals can cause micro-tears or irritation. For the face, use a dedicated facial exfoliant with finer particles.
The same caution applies to the neck and décolleté, which are also more sensitive than the rest of the body. If you want to exfoliate those areas, use a lighter product or skip the scrub entirely. Also avoid using it on freshly shaved skin — the salt can sting on the micro-cuts left by shaving. Wait a day or two after shaving before using the scrub. Remember that this is a rinse-off product, not a leave-on treatment: massage for a minute or two, then rinse thoroughly.
