Can I use this on my face or hair?

This product is developed and tested as a body cleanser. Its pH and surfactant blend are optimized for the thicker, less sensitive skin on the body. Using it once in a pinch on the face or hair is unlikely to cause issues — especially since it lacks SLS, added fragrance, and synthetic dyes — but it is not a substitute for a proper facial cleanser or shampoo. Facial skin has a lower pH tolerance and more active sebaceous glands, so a dedicated face wash will respect the acid mantle and target concerns like clogged pores or sensitivity more precisely. Hair benefits from conditioning agents and pH balancing that a body gel does not provide. For best results, keep this in the shower for body use and reach for face- and hair-specific products for those areas.
