Can I use this mask if I have fine or oily hair, or will it weigh my hair down?

"DR.SANTE" Juuksemask kanepiõliga 300 ml

Fine hair has a smaller diameter and less cortex volume, so it saturates with oils and conditioning agents faster than coarse hair. The rich oil blend in this mask (hemp seed, amla, sea buckthorn) plus the amino-acid complex can absolutely weigh fine strands down if applied like a standard thick-hair treatment.

Adapted method: after shampooing, gently squeeze excess water with a microfiber towel or old t-shirt — hair should be damp, not dripping. Take a hazelnut-sized amount (less than you'd use for thick hair), emulsify between palms, and apply strictly from ear-level down. Avoid the root area entirely. Comb through with a wide-tooth comb for even distribution. Leave for 3–5 minutes maximum, then rinse with cool water until the water runs clear and hair feels clean, not slick.

Frequency: start with once every 10 days. If ends still look frayed or tangle badly, move to once a week. If roots get greasy faster than usual or volume drops, extend the interval. Pair with a volumizing or balancing shampoo on mask days to counteract residue.

If your hair is fine but also bleached or heat-damaged, the amino acids are still beneficial — they reinforce the cortex without heavy buildup. The key is dosage and placement, not avoidance.
