This is a body lotion, but nothing in the formula restricts it to a particular zone of the body. It can be used on hands and feet, as long as you avoid the face and mucous membranes. Hands, in particular, benefit from a fast-absorbing product because you can moisturise during the day without leaving a greasy residue on a keyboard, phone or door handles.
For feet, apply it after a shower, paying extra attention to heels and the edges of the soles where dryness appears first. You can put socks on after a minute or two if you like. If your heels are very cracked or have thick, hard skin, this lotion may not be rich enough on its own — a heavier foot balm applied at night and regular gentle exfoliation will give more noticeable results.
The oils and shea butter in the formula are useful for hands that are frequently washed or exposed to dry air. Reapply whenever the skin feels tight. This product is meant for body care and hydration only; do not put it on open wounds, and use a dedicated facial moisturiser on your face, since facial skin is more delicate and can react to fragrance and heavy oils.
