Can I use this if I have a sensitive or reactive scalp?

The formula is designed for the hair shaft, not the scalp, and the cautions note that very sensitive or reactive scalps should introduce any new hair product gradually. In practice, this means: do a patch test behind the ear or on the inner forearm first, leaving a small amount for a few minutes before rinsing. When you use it on your hair, keep the product at least 5 cm away from the roots. Rinse with your head tilted back so the runoff doesn't sit on the scalp. If you feel any tingling, itching, or redness during or after use, rinse immediately and discontinue. Fragrance and preservative systems — even in gentle products — can trigger reactions in truly reactive skin. If you have a diagnosed scalp condition (seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, contact allergy), consult your dermatologist before adding any new leave-on or rinse-off product to your routine.
