Can I use this gel-balm daily on my lower back and neck, and are there any areas I must avoid?

This product is designed for regular external use on areas that feel stiff or overworked — commonly the lower back, spine, neck, and shoulders. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry, intact skin once or twice a day, massaging gently until absorbed. Wash your hands thoroughly after each application to avoid accidentally transferring the product to sensitive areas. Do not apply to mucous membranes (eyes, nose, mouth, genital area), broken or damaged skin, open wounds, rashes, or areas with active inflammation. Avoid the face entirely, as facial skin is thinner and more reactive to bee venom. If you shower or bathe, wait until the skin is completely dry before applying. For people who sit at a desk all day, applying in the evening after a warm shower can be a practical routine, but skip days if the skin shows any sign of irritation.
