This product is formulated and marketed as a hand cream, so hands are its primary intended use. That said, the ingredients — urea, glycerin, almond oil, hemp oil and dimethicone — address the same kind of dryness that can affect elbows, knees or heels, and many people do use a richer cream on those areas when the skin feels rough. There is nothing in the formula that restricts it to hands.
One thing to keep in mind if you are considering it for feet: urea is a common ingredient in foot cosmetics, but foot products often contain higher concentrations because the skin on the heels is thicker and more callused. At 5%, this cream is a milder hydrating option rather than a stronger product for very hard, thick calluses. For occasional use on dry elbows or knees, it works fine; for severely cracked heels, a dedicated foot cream with a higher urea percentage would be a more appropriate choice.
Whichever area you use it on, the same rules apply: apply to clean, slightly damp skin, avoid open cracks, and stop if you feel strong stinging or irritation.
