Can I use this clay in a bath, and how does a clay bath differ from a face mask?

For a clay bath, add roughly 3–5 tablespoons (about 30–50 g) of the yellow clay to a tub of warm water (36–38 °C) and stir well to disperse the particles into a milky suspension. Unlike a concentrated face mask, the clay in a bath is highly diluted, so it does not form a tightening film on the skin. Instead, the mineral-rich water gently softens the stratum corneum and can leave the skin feeling calmer, cleaner, and less rough after a 15–20 minute soak. This makes it suitable for larger areas such as the thighs, hips, back, and shoulders where people often want a smoother texture. After the bath, rinse the skin with clean water to remove any residual sediment, then apply a body lotion or oil while the skin is still damp. Avoid using soap or harsh cleansers in the same bath, as they can counteract the clay's mild, mineral-based action. The bath format is also a practical way to use the product if your facial skin is too reactive for a leave-on mask but you still want the mineral benefits.
