Can I use the spray on sensitive skin or near my eyes?

For most people, the panthenol‑menthol spray is gentle enough for sensitive skin because panthenol is a well‑tolerated humectant and menthol only provides a mild cooling effect. However, the aerosol format can still cause irritation if it contacts mucous membranes or if the skin is very reactive.

To use it safely, keep the nozzle away from the eye area and avoid spraying directly into the eyes or on the inner eyelids. If you have very reactive skin, perform a patch test on a small area of the forearm: spray lightly, wait 10 minutes, and observe for redness, itching or swelling. If any reaction occurs, stop using the product on that area.

When applying to the face, spray only on the cheeks, forehead or neck where the skin is less likely to be irritated. If you need to treat a delicate area such as the eyelids, consider using a small amount of panthenol cream instead of the aerosol spray.

As always, if you have a chronic skin condition or are using prescription topical treatments, consult a specialist before adding this spray to your routine.
