Can I drink this sage tea every day, and are there any situations where I should be careful?

Norden Natur Sage Leaf Tea is a 100% herbal product made from Salvia officinalis leaves, so it can be used as part of a normal diet by adults who tolerate sage well. Its taste is naturally strong and slightly astringent, so many people prefer it for particular moments — for example after voice strain, during colder seasons, or when they want a caffeine-free warm drink with a clean herbal profile.

If you want to use it regularly, keep the routine moderate and pay attention to how it feels. The tannins in sage are part of what gives the infusion its “tight” mouthfeel; for some people this is pleasant and refreshing, while others may find a very strong infusion too drying. In that case, use fewer leaves, steep for a shorter time, dilute the tea, or blend it with milder herbs such as chamomile or mint.

It is also worth separating drinking use from rinse use. A normal warm infusion is intended to be sipped like herbal tea, while a stronger infusion can be used for rinsing the mouth or throat and then spat out. If you prepare it for rinsing, let it cool first and make a fresh portion when needed.

Consult a specialist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic condition or take medication, and seek advice if throat or mouth discomfort is persistent, severe or accompanied by other concerning symptoms.
