Can I apply the cream right after shaving or on sensitive areas?

The warming agents that create the thermal effect will sting or irritate freshly shaved, epilated, or otherwise compromised skin. The instructions explicitly advise against applying on irritated, broken, or freshly shaved skin. Wait at least 24 hours after hair removal — longer if redness or micro-cuts are still present — before using the cream on that area.

Do not apply near the chest area or on mucous membranes. The skin there is thinner and more reactive to warming ingredients.

If you have generally sensitive skin, do a patch test first: apply a pea-sized amount on the inner forearm in the evening, leave overnight, and check for excessive redness, itching, or burning the next morning. If any of those occur, the product is likely not suitable for you.

After every application, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water. Residual cream on fingertips can transfer to eyes, lips, or other sensitive zones and cause discomfort.

If you have a diagnosed skin condition, varicose veins, or a known sensitivity to warming cosmetics, consult a specialist before use. The same precaution applies during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
