Are there any precautions — for example with allergies to flowering plants?

For most people this is simply an everyday caffeine-free hot drink, but because it is a plant-based infusion containing fireweed leaf and linden blossom, a few sensible precautions apply:

  • If you are sensitive to botanicals or prone to allergic reactions to flowering plants (linden is a blossom-based ingredient), begin with a small amount and see how you respond before making it a daily habit.
  • If either ingredient does not suit you, simply discontinue use — with only two plants in the blend, it is easy to know exactly what you are drinking.
  • Check the ingredient list against any known plant allergies before your first cup, just as you would with any herbal product.

Consult a specialist before regular use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a chronic condition or take medication. Beyond that, treat it as you would any herbal tea: it is a beverage for enjoyment and daily routine, not a remedy, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
