Hawthorn plus - dietary supplement source of flavonoids, vitamins and organic acids .
Virpuu plus helps improve the functional state of the blood vessels, has a mild sedative effect, reduces irritability, improves general condition and increases vitality, normalizes sleep.
Composition 1 capsule contains: hawthorn leaves and flowers 100 mg, magnesium citrate -123.75 mg
Usage : adults take 1-2 tablets 2 times a day during meals. It is recommended to use for 4-6 weeks.

The card does not explain why magnesium citrate in particular is used and does not compare it with other forms. Composition per tablet: hawthorn leaves or leaves with flowers 100 mg (6.7 mg as procyanidins) and magnesium citrate 123.75 mg (20.0 mg as magnesium).
The card does not speak of taking it together with heart medication and other drugs. It recommends consulting a doctor before use and does not recommend the supplement for people with individual intolerance to the components. The claim of a “cardiotonic” effect has no confirmation and is not repeated here.
The card does not say who the 20-piece pack suits. According to the card, adults take 1–2 capsules twice a day, morning and evening after meals, for 4–6 weeks; on this regimen the pack lasts 5–10 days and the whole course needs several packs. The text of the card speaks sometimes of a tablet and sometimes of a capsule.
