Harmonizers are used to harmonize human energy, charge the body with energy, relieve stress and tension. Harmonizers have a general positive influence on the entire body. A shungite harmonizer is designed for use in pairs. Its positive effects are achieved through the magnetic properties of shungite and another healing stone.
It is known that the human body has two sides: lunar and solar. One harmonizer affects the lunar side and is held in the left hand, while the other harmonizer is held in the right hand. The harmonizer creates a magnetic field that protects the person using it. Additionally, it affects biologically active areas, contributing to the relief of headaches, fatigue, stress, and maintaining tonus.
During the use of the harmonizer, it is recommended to relax and sit for 10 minutes in the morning and evening. It is advised to use the harmonizer for a maximum of 2 weeks continuously, followed by a break of 2-3 weeks.
Contraindications for using the harmonizer include pregnancy, mental illnesses, and an age below 12 years. Small harmonizers can be carried in pockets.
The manufacturer of the harmonizers is GK Karelskiy Gorizont in Russia, and the importer is VITATEKA OÜ in Estonia. The importer's address is Mõisa tee 5, Kostivere alevik, Jõelähtme vald, Harjumaa, Estonia 74204. Additional information can be obtained from the website vitateka.ee.
What the product is
GK Karelskiy Gorizont Harmonising Balls 4 cm, shungite + firestone are palm-sized shungite accessories used in pairs during quiet relaxation. The idea behind harmonising balls comes from practices where touch, weight and focused stillness are used to ease inner tension and restore a more balanced state.
Key components
- Shungite – a carbon‑rich mineral from Karelia, valued in regional wellness traditions for its association with grounding and protective practices.
- Firestone – adds contrast in texture and mineral character, complementing the shungite in the harmoniser pair.
When people choose it
- Want a simple ritual for unwinding, grounding attention and creating a short pause in the morning or evening.
- Spend long hours at a desk, feel mentally overloaded, or seek a screen‑free way to slow down for a few minutes.
How to use it
- Hold one ball in each hand to focus on body symmetry, breathing and the sensation of contact.
- The 4 cm size sits comfortably in the hands and gives a noticeable weight, helpful for relaxation exercises.
- Use during seated rest, breathing exercises or meditation‑like pauses, or keep at home while sitting calmly and focusing on posture and breath.
Important notes
- The experience is individual and should be viewed as complementary rather than medical.
- If you are pregnant, have a psychiatric condition, or are choosing a product for a child, check suitability before use.
- Stop if the practice feels unpleasant and keep expectations realistic – the product is intended for relaxation and sensory balance, not for treating health problems.
