Hair oil and birch leaves - cooling body cream for joint inflammation.
The cream is used for rheumatism, osteochondrosis, arthrosis, rheumatism, muscle inflammation, gout. The cooling effect of the cream improves blood circulation, relieves pain and swelling. Hair fat and birch leaves remove inflammation in the joints and periarticular tissues, restore cartilage and bone tissue, stimulate the production of joint fluid, promote the excretion of salt crystals, which prevents their deposition.
Use: apply a small amount of cream to the problem skin area, rub until the cream is absorbed. Use 2-3 times a day.
Contraindications: Attention! Do not use if sensitive to ingredients.
Storage: Keep at temperature t ° + 5 ° to + 25 ° C in a place inaccessible to children.

The card does not link the cream to workouts. According to it, a small amount of cream is applied to the problem area of the body, rubbed in until fully absorbed and used 2–3 times a day. The cream has a cooling effect and is intended for external daily care.
The card does not describe the cream as a product for sensitive skin and does not describe an allergy test. It says: do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the components, and if an allergic reaction occurs, stop using it and see a doctor. The full composition (INCI) is on the packaging.
