Dr.Sante SOS Concentrated Hand Serum Ultra Nourishing is a cosmetic highly concentrated hand care serum from the SOS Concentrated range by Dr.Sante (PharmaSystems, Ukraine), formulated specifically for dry, flaking and irritated hand skin that requires intensive cosmetic care. The SOS (Save Our Skin) Concentrated range is a professional-intensity hand care product line developed for the most demanding dry skin conditions. The serum is formulated with sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides) as the principal active, enriched with arnica (Arnica montana). Sea buckthorn oil is one of the richest known plant sources of tocopherols (vitamin E), carotenoids (vitamin A precursors), and the extremely rare palmitoleic acid (omega-7 fatty acid) — vitamins A, E and F — providing intensive nourishment, skin renewal support and antioxidant protection. Arnica (Arnica montana) contributes soothing botanical conditioning to the skin surface, reducing the appearance of redness. The serum has a light texture that leaves no perceptible residue on the skin after absorption. Suitable for dry and flaking skin. 50 ml.

The Dr.Sante SOS serum uses sea buckthorn oil and arnica extract in a base that spreads easily and leaves little to no surface film, which is practical if you need to type, handle paperwork, or use a touchscreen right after applying. A regular hand cream typically contains more waxes, butters, or petrolatum to create a heavier barrier; that's better for overnight repair or very cold, windy conditions where you need prolonged occlusion. You might keep the serum at your desk or in your bag for frequent reapplication during the day, and use a richer cream before bed or after exposure to harsh weather. Both can coexist in a routine — they serve different moments rather than competing.
Arnica extract is included to help calm the look of stressed skin and reduce visible redness, but it belongs to the Asteraceae (daisy) family, which is a known allergen for some people. If you have ever had a reaction to arnica montana, chamomile, calendula, yarrow, or other plants in that family, treat this product with caution. The manufacturer's own guidance is to avoid use if you know you are sensitive to Arnica montana. For anyone without a known allergy, the risk is low, but a patch test is still wise: apply a small amount to the inner forearm, wait 24 hours, and check for redness, itching, or swelling before using it on your hands regularly.
