Start with a clean face: remove makeup and wash your face with your usual cleanser, then pat it dry. Open the 12 ml sachet and apply a thin, even layer over the whole face, avoiding the eye and lip area. Leave it on for the time stated on the sachet; for rinse-off masks this is typically around 10–15 minutes. If your skin feels tight or uncomfortable before that time, rinse it off earlier. Rinse with lukewarm water, using your damp fingertips in small circular motions to help lift away the loosened impurities. Then continue with your normal serum or moisturizer.
The mask is described as suitable for all skin types, but sensitive skin needs a cautious approach. Before the first use, apply a small amount to a discreet area, such as behind the ear or on the inner forearm, and wait 24 hours. If no redness, itching, or burning appears, you can use it on your face. For the first application, leave it on for a shorter time than usual, for example 5–7 minutes, and rinse off as soon as you feel any discomfort.
There is no fixed frequency, but for most people once or twice a week is enough. The mask is an active cleansing step, not a daily moisturizer, because it combines absorbent bamboo charcoal with the exfoliating enzyme papain. If your skin is oily or prone to congestion, twice a week may be suitable. If your skin is dry or sensitive, start with once a week and observe how your skin responds before increasing the frequency.
