Usage:

• Cosmetic mask: Mix clay with warm water in a non-metallic container until it reaches a thick sour cream consistency. Recommended for use 1-2 times per week.
• Skincare: Apply the mask to cleansed skin, leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.
• Scalp and hair care: Apply the mask to the scalp, leave for 15-20 minutes, and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
• Body care: Apply the mask to problematic body areas, wrap with a hot towel for a sauna effect, and leave for 1 hour. Rinse with warm water.
• Clay baths: Dissolve 100-150 g of clay in water, soak in the bath for 20-30 minutes, then rinse with warm and cool water. Course: 10-12 baths.
