Botanika Sesame Cosmetic Oil is a simple, single-ingredient facial and body oil made from pure sesame oil. It is also a classic choice for massage and for nourishing hair masks, especially when hair feels rough at the ends or lacks softness.
Sesame oil works mainly as an emollient. In plain language, this means it helps soften the skin surface and reduce moisture loss by forming a light protective layer. It contains naturally occurring fatty acids that help keep the skin feeling smoother and more supple. Because the texture is quite full and gliding, it spreads easily during massage and leaves the skin less tight after washing. On hair, it coats the shaft lightly, which can make dry lengths feel smoother and look less dull.
