Usage: Clean the skin thoroughly before massage. During vacuum massage, everything on the skin surface is absorbed. Apply cosmetic oil to allow the vacuum cup to glide easily. Massage usually starts from the neck, moving toward the face. Then carefully work on the cheekbones, forehead, and nasolabial triangle, using the massage lines shown in the instructions. Do not overdo it. After the massage, wash off the oil. Total massage time should not exceed 15 minutes. The first sessions should last no longer than 5 minutes. After the massage, it is recommended to apply serum for enhanced effect. After 10–15 minutes, apply face cream.

To use them safely, apply only the lightest possible pressure—just enough for the cup to make gentle contact and create a soft seal on the skin. You should never press, pull, or stretch the skin in this area. The goal is a brief, gentle vacuum lift to promote microcirculation, which can temporarily help the area look refreshed. Using facial oil is essential for smooth gliding and to prevent dragging.
It is strongly recommended to always use a facial oil, serum, or a rich cream as a gliding agent when performing the vacuum massage with the CHUDESNIK cups. The product creates a necessary lubricating layer between the silicone cup and your skin, allowing it to glide smoothly along the facial massage lines. Without this layer, the silicone will create too much friction, which can drag, pull, and irritate the skin, potentially causing redness, sensitivity, or even micro-tears in the skin's surface.
For most people, starting with 1-2 sessions per week is a safe frequency to allow your skin to adapt. Each session should be brief, perhaps 5-10 minutes total. You can gradually increase to 3-4 times per week if your skin responds well, but daily use is often unnecessary and may not provide additional benefits while increasing the risk of irritation.
