Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, chromium (chromium picolinate), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).
Allergen information: May contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten, eggs, crustaceans, and fish.
Recommended daily dose and usage: Adults: take 1 capsule per day with sufficient water.
