BISOU Hydra-Matte "Ice" Face Mist for Normal and Oily Skin is a cosmetic refreshing face spray designed for use throughout the day to hydrate and mattify normal, mixed and oily skin types. The mist provides an immediate pleasant cooling and refreshing sensation upon application — the "Ice" effect is achieved through a combination of cooling botanical actives and the fine-mist spray format. The key active is blue-green algae extract (phycocyanin-rich, with antioxidant skin-conditioning properties), which contributes to a sebum-regulating effect, helping to reduce the appearance of shine and visibly refine pores with regular use. The mist can be sprayed over bare skin between cleansing steps or over applied makeup as a setting and refreshing spray, without disturbing the makeup layer.

USE: Hold the bottle at arm's length from the face. Spray evenly over the face with eyes and lips closed. Can be used over makeup. Allow to dry naturally. Use as required throughout the day.
