What This Mask Does

The "BARONESS" Kangasmask madu mürgi ekstraktiga is a Korean-style sheet mask soaked in a serum featuring SYN®-AKE, a synthetic snake venom peptide. This ingredient mimics the action of waglerin-1 — a peptide originally identified in the venom of the Temple Viper — and has become popular in K-beauty as a gentler alternative to stronger anti-wrinkle actives.

How SYN®-AKE Works on the Skin

SYN®-AKE works on the surface of the skin by relaxing the tension of facial muscles around expression lines. It interferes with the signal between nerve and muscle at the neuromuscular junction, which can make fine lines appear softer over time. Key characteristics:
