As a hemostatic agent, this plant is used for uterine bleeding in the postpartum period, uterine atony, with heavy and prolonged menstruation in menopause. Also with gastrointestinal, pulmonary, renal bleeding.

Another infusion is drunk with hepatic colic, as an astringent for diarrhea, with kidney stones, to lower blood pressure.

Outwardly, the infusion of shepherd's purse is used for bruises and abrasions.

Method of preparation and use:

2 st. spoons of raw materials are poured into a glass of hot boiled water and heated in a water bath for 15 minutes with frequent stirring. Cool, squeeze, the volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml. Take 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day.

Contraindications: individual intolerance.
