Returning defective goods
In the case of defective products, we comply with the provisions of the Law of Obligations Act and other laws of the Republic of Estonia regarding the return, repair and replacement of a defective product. The seller is not responsible for: • Deterioration or damage of the product due to the customer's fault. for physical wear and tear in case of normal use. In the event of a defect, you must: • Send a corresponding application by e-mail to [email protected], where the discovered defect should be described as accurately as possible. • Add pictures if possible. • Indicate your contact details in the application. After receiving the application, we will contact you contact within 7 days to arrange further action to review the defect and repair or replace the item.
The customer has the right to exchange the received product for another product of the same price or to return the product if it is not suitable - within 14 days. Please write us the order number, product name and purchase price. If you want, you can add a reason for the return. We will contact you immediately to agree on the return form.• Money will be returned within two banking days after checking the returned goods. We will transfer the amount paid by you to the same settlement account from which the payment was made.• NB! In case of returning the goods, the check or invoice issued by the transport company must be kept until the package has reached us. If the package should get lost on the way for some reason, the buyer can prove that the package was sent, and we will contact the courier company to find the package. It is not possible to return a product without price tags or an already opened product. If you accidentally damaged the price tag or packaging while opening the package, the principle of reasonableness applies to the return. You can contact us and we will try to find a satisfactory solution to your problem.
