Delivery Terms
After placing an order, delivery will be made within the specified working days as indicated in the form. Additionally, there may be an additional fee for certain types of delivery. The design of the medication packaging may differ from what is presented on the website. Product images are solely for illustrative purposes and are approximate. Colors, labels, parameters, sizes, functions, and/or any other characteristics of the original products may differ from reality due to their visual features. Therefore, please familiarize yourself with the product specifications provided in the product description. The delivery time depends on the specific delivery method you choose! On average, delivery may take up to 4 days.
Delivery Options
When placing an order, you can choose the delivery method yourself. You can select home delivery or pick up the goods at collection points.

- Omniva parcel terminal - 2.95€
- SmartPost Itella parcel terminal - 3.60€
- Venipak courier delivery - 7.80€
*Free delivery in Estonia to a postal terminal for orders over 50€
Delivery Cost to Latvia:
- Omniva parcel terminal - 4.90€
- Venipak parcel terminal - 13.50€
Delivery Cost to Lithuania:
- Omniva parcel terminal - 4.95€
- Venipak courier delivery - 18€
Delivery Cost to Finland:
- SmartPost Itella parcel terminal - 11€
- Delivery by FedEx courier service
Delivery of goods to other European countries is carried out by the FedEx courier service. The delivery cost depends on the size of the package and the distance of the destination.
Payment
After selecting the delivery method, you need to pay for the goods using one of the following methods:
- Payment by direct bank transfer
- Payment through PayPal
- Payment through a secure bank link (Swedbank, Lhv, Seb, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, Luminor)
- Payment through PaySera
- Payment through EstoPay
Specific payment methods may be used in specific regions. The payment method is offered based on the address you provided during registration or when placing an order if you are not logged in.
Responsibility
Vitateka is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods if the goods were timely handed over to a logistics partner, but the delay is due to circumstances beyond our control.
