Ingredients
100% blackcurrant leaves (Ribes nigrum).
Preparation
Pour 200 ml of hot water over 2 tablespoons of crushed leaves. Heat in a water bath for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool, strain, and if necessary, top up with boiled water to 200 ml. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
Warnings
Individual intolerance to ingredients.
Storage conditions
Store in a dry place protected from light, at +5 °C to +25 °C. Store prepared infusion in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
