Corn silk is a herbal raw material used to prepare natural infusions and herbal teas. Traditionally used in folk practice as part of a balanced diet and herbal blends.

Ingredients

100% corn silk (Stigmata Maydis).

Preparation

Pour 1 tablespoon of the herb with a glass of hot boiled water. Cool, strain, and top up with boiled water to 200 ml if necessary. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
