Description: Beneficial for the respiratory tract – has a soothing effect on the throat, pharynx, and vocal cords. Helps support digestion. Strengthens the body and contains components with immune-boosting properties.

Ingredients: Iceland moss (Lichen Islandicus).

Usage:

• Boil 0.5 liters of water or milk over low heat for 5 minutes, let it cool for 30 minutes, strain. Take 1-2 tablespoons 4 times a day before meals.
• Pour 2 teaspoons into 2 glasses of cold water, bring to a boil, and drink the cooled beverage throughout the day.
