Blueberry Shoots

Blueberry shoots have astringent, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, diuretic, choleretic, hypoglycemic, and analgesic properties. They regulate pancreatic function, inhibit the growth of protozoa, improve visual acuity (especially in the dark), and slightly lower blood pressure.

Ingredients: Blueberry shoots (Vaccinium myrtillus L.)

Usage instructions: Pour 2 tablespoons into a glass of hot boiled water and heat in a water bath for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Cool and dilute with boiled water to 200 ml. Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
