ICONFIT Spirulina Pulber. Spirulina on üks maailma populaarseimatest toidulisanditest ning on pungil täis antioksüdante, vitamiine ja kasulikke toitaineid. See biomass kasvab vees ning on suuremas osas puhas proteiin. Spirulina on ka väga kõrge proteiinisisaldusega mis ulatub lausa ligi 70% ning selles on suhteliselt vähe süsivesikuid ja rasvasid.
Sobib hästi ka kaalulangetamise ajal tänu kõrgele kasulike toitainete sisaldusele kuid samas madalale kaloritasemele. Kuna Spirulina aitab kaasa ka seedimise parandamisele siis on see dieedi ajal eriti tähtis. 2014 aastal läbi viidud uuringus saavutati väga häid tulemusi 6g/pv Spirulinaga kaalu langetamisel ja seedimise töö parandamisel.
Teaduslikes uuringutes on saadud spirulinaga ka väga häid tulemusi vereglükoosi taseme alandamiseks. See on eriti tähtis avastus näiteks diabeetikutele kellele on kõrge veresuhkru tase ohtlik. Ka kolesterooli alandamiseks on tehtud teaduslikke uuringuid ning täheldatud häid tulemusi just halva kolesterooli taseme alandamiseks. Detox omadused on Spirulinal lausa maailmakuulsad ja seda on toetanud ka 2016a uuring milles saadi häid tulemusi kehas kahjulike arseeni, fluoriidi, tina ja elavhõbeda vastu.
KASUTAMINE: Lisa iga päev 1-2 teelusikat toidu, smuuti või muu joogi sisse. Spirulinal on tugevam maitse seega soovitatav segada natuke suuremasse toidu/smuuti kogusesse.
