Liigeste kulumise puhul tekivad liigesevalud – MSM aitab esiteks vähendada kehas põletikulisi protsesse ja kaitseb luustikku. Teaduslikud uuringud on näidanud väga häid tulemusi kui prooviti 100 üle 50a. inimesele anda MSMi iga päev 12 nädala jooksul ning teisele grupile anti vaid platseebot – MSM saanud grupis oli tulemuseks vähenenud liigesevalud, parem liikuvus ja vähenenud liigeste paistetus.
Teadlased on täheldanud, et MSM võib muuta põletikulisi mehhanisme, et leevendada treeningu käigus tekkinud valulikkust ja toetab organismis antioksüdantide taset. MSMi omadused võivad aidata ära hoida oksüdatiivsete kahjustuste tekkimist, mis süvenevad vananemise ja keha stressiga.
Nahk, küüned ja juuksed
MSM aitab kehas kaasa kollageeni taastootmisele ning seeläbi parandada ka nahka. Vanusega tekkivad kortsud, kuiv nahk ja elastsuse vähenemine on kõik kollageeni vähenemisega seotud. MSM koos vitamiin C’ga töötab eriti hästi naharakkude taastamise nimel.

Detox puhastus
MSMi üks tähtsamaid omadusi on see, et see muudab teie rakud läbilaskvamaks.
