ICONFIT Beta-Alanine is an amino acid that is synthesized in the liver and can enter the body through animal-derived products such as beef and chicken. When in the body, beta-alanine combines with histidine in skeletal muscles and other organs, forming carnosine. Beta-alanine promotes the synthesis of carnosine in the body, helping to prevent an increase in acidity in the muscles during exercise, thereby reducing the development of muscle fatigue. This allows you to get the maximum benefit from your workout and achieve higher levels of strength and endurance. It has been proven that beta-alanine increases muscle endurance during high-intensity workouts lasting 1-10 minutes.
How does it work?
Beta-alanine helps the body produce carnosine, which acts as a buffer for natural lactic acid in the muscles. As the amount of carnosine in the muscles increases, the ability of the muscles to maintain a reasonable pH level (acidity) improves. During heavy training, it plays an even more important role in the development of muscle endurance and strength.

How to use
