Creatine monohydrate is the most cost-effective dietary supplement when the goal is to develop strength and muscle. Creatine is also found naturally in our bodies, and the vast majority of it is in the muscles. Consuming extra creatine helps speed up protein synthesis and thus contributes to muscle development.
Includes: Micronized creatine monohydrate powder. Unflavored.
Usage: It starts with a 5-7 day loading period where up to 1/3 of your body weight in grams is taken per day (eg 20g-30g per day for a 90kg body weight). This amount is divided into portions of maximum 10g per day. During the following period, do not consume more than half of this amount per day. Consume on an empty stomach after training. Creatine is best absorbed when consumed with a carbohydrate-rich drink. Mix a 5g portion with approx. 300ml of drink. One small heaped teaspoon = 5g. Country of origin China, checked in Europe, packed in Estonia.
Warning: Do not exceed the recommended amounts and do not take more than 10g at a time. Store in a dry and cool place and out of direct sunlight. Store in a sealed jar.
