Льняное масло - самый богатый источник кислот Омега-3, которые называются природным эликсиром молодости. Содержание этих кислот в льняном масле "Тверское", полученном холодным способом, почти вдвое выше, чем в рыбьем жире (отсюда этот специфический запах, свойственный рыбьему жиру). В остальных продуктах Омега-3 чаще всего отсутствует. Но помните, чтобы Ваш организм получил все полезные свойства продукта, не подвергайте его температурной обработке, храните так, чтобы на масло не попадали солнечные лучи, а вскрытую бутылочку плотно закрывайте и ставьте в прохладное место. Всего 1-2 столовые ложки пищевого льняного масла в день помогут вам при артритах, желудочно- кишечных заболеваниях, ожогах, обморожениях и при заживлении ран, снизят аллергическую реакцию и нормализируют обмен веществ, а также помогут восстановить функцию печени, щитовидной железы, повысят потенцию, успокоят нервы. Масло оказывает положительный эффект и на сердечно- сосудистую систему.

Способ применения и дозы
В лечебных целях принимать 2-3 раза в день при дневной норме 1-2 столовых ложек.
Применять как в чистом виде, так и в смеси с другими растительными и животными маслами, в салатных заправках, майонезах. Можно смешивать с белками (сыр, кефир, йогурт), с медом, фруктами.
