White turpentine emulsion for baths is used as an aid to the healing and restoration of the body. Gum turpentine has a positive effect on blood capillaries and vessels, improves blood flow in organs and tissues, and has an analgesic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and regenerating effect.
White turpentine emulsion helps normalize capillary blood circulation and ensures the delivery of beneficial substances to the cell. Nourishes joint tissue and muscles, increases the elasticity of connective tissue and improves joint mobility. By improving blood circulation throughout the body, you can get rid of, among other things, such phenomena as cramps in the calf muscles, a feeling of cold extremities of the hands and feet, and muscle pain associated with increased physical activity. Thanks to the stimulation of skin capillaries, White turpentine emulsion perfectly “trains” blood vessels, increases the supply of oxygen to organs and tissues and tones the body. Suitable for bathing at normal and low pressure.
White turpentine emulsion can be used as an independent remedy, BUT the best result in restoring the functioning of our body will be achieved by alternately taking White and Yellow turpentine emulsions, because they act differently, White opens capillaries, and Yellow cleanses blood vessels from harmful metabolic products (waste, toxins, etc.). The rules are simple, baths are taken every other day, alternating, 1st day White, 2nd day rest, 3rd day Yellow, 4th day rest, etc. A course of baths is at least 30. This is a classic regimen for normal blood pressure.
If you have high blood pressure, it is not advisable to take the white emulsion in its pure form, because it can increase blood pressure even more. In this case, it is recommended to take Yellow baths alternating with Mixed baths (mix White and Yellow emulsions in equal proportions (or select an individual ratio of White and Yellow emulsions for the body) according to the individual dosage*). The regimen for taking baths for high blood pressure is as follows: 1st day Yellow, 2nd day rest, 3rd day Yellow, 4th day rest, 5th day Mixed, 6th day rest, etc. Thus, we get a simple scheme with taking baths every other day: 2 Yellow baths, 1 mixed.
