Melatonin is a natural sleep hormone produced by the pineal gland. It helps regulate the body's circadian rhythms, supports falling asleep faster, improves sleep quality, and eases adaptation to time zone changes. Especially beneficial for insomnia, sleep disturbances, and jet lag syndrome.
