Chaga (the root of the mushroom) has a very complex and diverse chemical composition, which gives it a wide range of beneficial properties. Chaga contains polysaccharides, organic acids, fiber, lipids, steroid and pterin compounds, as well as numerous microelements: aluminum, calcium, magnesium, sodium, barium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, calcium, as well as alkaloids and acids such as silicic acid, oxalic acid, formic acid, acetic acid, oleic acid, and others.

Thanks to this composition, chaga has a positive impact on metabolism, helps improve the functioning of the nervous system, and strengthens the immune system. One of the main beneficial properties of chaga is its ability to remove toxins from the body.

ACTIVE COMPONENTS

Chaga extract - acts on the body as a biostimulator, accelerating vital processes, helping with insomnia, and reducing the constant feeling of fatigue and weakness.
Ginger - a good tonic component, useful for mental, emotional, and physical fatigue. Improves digestion and speeds up metabolism.
Rose hips - a multivitamin plant, the fruits of which are one of the best means of restoring strength.

HOW TO USE

There are 3 methods of preparation:

Place 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture in 500 ml of hot water (80-90°C) and let it steep for 10-20 minutes. Consume it like regular tea.
Pour the mixture into hot water (80-90°C) in a ratio of 1:5 and let it steep for 1.5 hours to one day. It is convenient to use a thermos. You can dilute it with water to taste before consumption.
Brew the mixture in hot water in a ratio of 1:4 and boil for 15 minutes. You can dilute it with water to taste before consumption.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: individual intolerance to components, pregnancy and breastfeeding, colitis and dysentery, taking antibiotics, glucose intake.

Store in a dry, clean, well-ventilated, and odorless place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and relative humidity not exceeding 70%. Shelf life - 24 months.
