Chaga (birch fungus) has a very complex and diverse chemical composition, which is why it has a wide range of beneficial properties. Chaga contains polysaccharides, organic acids, fiber, lipids, steroid and pterin compounds, numerous trace elements: aluminum, calcium, magnesium, sodium, barium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, calcium, as well as alkaloids and acids such as silicic acid, oxalic acid, formic acid, acetic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, and others.

Due to such composition, chaga positively affects metabolism, promotes the improvement of the nervous system, and strengthens the immune system. One of the main beneficial properties of chaga is its ability to remove toxins from the body.

ACTIVE COMPONENTS

chaga infusion - acts on the body as a biostimulator, accelerating vital processes, helping with insomnia, and reducing constant fatigue and malaise
mint - has a calming effect, improves metabolic processes, and has antimicrobial properties

APPLICATION

3 ways of application:

2-3 tablespoons of tea mixture are poured into 500 ml of hot water (80-90 °C), infused for 10-20 minutes. Consume like regular tea.
The tea mixture is poured with hot water (80-90 °C) in a ratio of 1:5 and infused for 1.5 hours to a day. It is more convenient to use a thermos. Before use, it can be diluted with water to taste.
The tea mixture is poured into boiling water in a ratio of 1:4, boiled for 15 minutes. Before use, it can be diluted with water to taste.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to components, pregnancy and lactation period, colitis and dysentery, intake of antibiotics, glucose administration.

Store in dry, clean, ventilated rooms with no foreign odor at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and relative humidity not exceeding 70%. Shelf life - 24 months.
