- The applicator is a flexible rubber plate with needles made from various metals.
- The distance between the needles is 5.8 mm, and the size is 118 mm x 470 mm.

Usage:
The applicator is recommended for use on the back or as a mat for the legs (standing, sitting, or lying down). It is comfortable to lie face down on it to normalize the functioning of the digestive system (colitis, psoriasis, constipation, etc.).
To Enhance Effect:
The applicator can be held with the thumb, pressed against a wall, or stood on.
