Delivery Terms
Upon placing an order, delivery will be made within the specified working days indicated in the form. The design of the packaging of the products may differ from those presented on the website. Images of the products are for illustrative purposes only and are approximate. Colors, labels, parameters, sizes, features, and/or any other characteristics of the original products may differ from the actual ones due to their visual characteristics, so please familiarize yourself with the product specifications provided in the product description. Delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose! On average, delivery can take up to 4 days.

Specific payment methods may be used in certain regions. The payment method is offered based on the address you provided during registration or when placing an order if you did not log in to the system.
Responsibility
Vitateka is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods if the goods were handed over to the logistics partner on time but the delay is due to circumstances beyond our control.
When placing an order with delivery via the Unisend service, the buyer must select a pickup point for the order using the provided link and enter its name in the order comment field.
If the buyer has not selected a pickup point for the order or has not specified its name in the comment field during the order process, we reserve the right to send the order to the nearest Unisend pickup point, which is closest to the address provided by the customer during registration, or to cancel the order.
If the buyer has not selected a pickup point for the order or has not specified its name in the comment field during the order process, all transportation costs associated with redirecting the order to another pickup point or canceling the order are borne by the buyer.
We recommend that all our customers carefully check the delivery information and clarify all details before completing the order to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a smoother delivery process.
Shipping Goods Outside the EU
Goods purchased on our website for export from the European Union (EU) and delivery to a non-EU country are subject to the customs rules and requirements of the destination country. Vitateka is not responsible for goods after they exit the EU and does not cover financial costs related to delivery, customs clearance, or return of goods if they have not been cleared through customs or collected by the customer at the pickup point. The customer is responsible for completing all customs formalities and paying any associated fees.
